Bridal Order Process

You can visit our store or order online. We have received orders for both standard and custom products from customers in Japan and overseas. We also have sample rings, size gauges , and the BRIDAL BOOK , so please feel free to contact us.

When ordering online, please enter whether or not you would like an engraving, the text to be engraved (up to 10 uppercase English letters), and your ring size in the order request section of the cart screen.
Payment for bridal products can only be made by credit card or bank transfer.

<Online Ordering>

After purchasing from the product page, our designer will contact you. After confirming the detailed specifications, we will proceed to production. The production period is about 1.5 months. You can visit our store or have it delivered by mail.

<Ordering at the store>

Please make an appointment to visit the store . You can consult with the designer face-to-face and try on the item. We will create a quote for you, so you can choose to pay on the spot or later. After production, the process is the same as ordering online.

Please contact us via inquiry to let us know the ring you want. Our designer will contact you. After hearing your request, we will prepare a quote. Once the specifications are decided, we will send you a special URL for payment, so please make the payment from there.
For Japanese tattoo customers, we will propose a design. Once everything is decided, we will proceed with production. The production period is about 2 months. You can visit our store or have it delivered by mail.

Please make an appointment to visit the store . You can consult with the designer and try on the items in person. We will create a quote for you, and you can choose to pay by cash or credit card, or transfer the amount later. After payment, the process is the same as ordering online.
