Handling Precautions (Maki-e/Urushi/Hakimark Quartz)

・If you scrape the Maki-e part too hard, it may peel off. ・Because it is handmade by artisans, the color and pattern may vary slightly. ・It uses lacquer. It will not peel off easily with daily use, but please do not drop, scrape or wear it. (Repairs are available at any time.)
・To clean, wipe with a dry, soft cloth or tissue.・Lacquer may cause a skin rash depending on your constitution. If you notice any abnormality on your skin, discontinue use and consult a specialist. Once the lacquer has completely hardened over time, you will no longer have a rash, so if you notice any abnormality on your skin, expose it to air in a well-ventilated place for about 1 to 2 months and then use it again.・Herkimark Oats products vary in the size and shape of the stones.
