- There is a fee for resizing more than ±3 sizes. There is an additional fee for resizing rings of size 16 or larger, even if it is within ±2 sizes.
- Any maintenance other than cleaning will be held for one month.
- Please note that if you request delivery, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

How to request maintenance
- Please apply using the maintenance request form . We accept delivery or bringing the product to our store. If you would like to bring the product to our store, please fill in the form with your desired date and time.
*Please note that there is no automatic reply email. - KARAFURU will send you an email confirming your application.
- Please send the ring and warranty card to KARAFURU or bring them to the store.
- KARAFURU will contact you as soon as maintenance is completed.
Size Adjustment
- We will accept size ups for free for three years from the date of receipt (within ±2 sizes from the original size). There will be an additional charge for size ups for rings over size 16, even if it is within ±2 sizes.
- If the size change is more than ±3 sizes, we will provide you with a quote, so please let us know from what size you would like to have the size adjusted to.
- After the fourth year from the date of receipt, there will be a fee for resizing. The basic fee is 8,000 yen + tax per ring.
If you increase the size, the base metal fee will be added to the basic fee. - It will take one month to resize the ring. Rings with engravings such as milgrain or Japanese engraving will require an additional week.
- If you bring your ring in, we will measure the size at the store. Please bring the ring and the warranty card.
- If you are shipping it, please include the warranty card and a note indicating which size you would like it altered to.
- If you plan to use the product after maintenance, we would appreciate it if you could make your request well in advance.
- When we adjust the size, we will also clean it (ultrasonic cleaning) before returning it to you.
Repairing damage and distortion
- This will be free of charge for one year from the date of receipt.
- If it has been more than one year since you received the ring, we will provide maintenance for a basic fee of 8,000 yen + tax per ring, depending on the condition of the ring.
Depending on the condition of the ring, additional charges may apply. - The storage period is one month.
- If you plan to use the product after maintenance, we would appreciate it if you could make your request well in advance.
- If the item includes Japanese tattooing or milgrain, it will take an additional week.
cleaning
- Remove dirt with an ultrasonic cleaner.
- It takes about an hour, so if you bring it in, you can pick it up on the same day. (Because we are a small store, we cannot ask you to wait inside.)
Please check before making a request
- We accept delivery or drop off at the store. (If you drop off, please fill in the form with your preferred date and time.)
- In the case of delivery, you will be responsible for both the round-trip shipping costs. (There is no designated delivery company, but we recommend a trackable delivery method to prevent loss or damage.)
- Please bring your ring and warranty card with you when you visit.
- If you are requesting delivery, please include the warranty card with the ring.
- Shipping from KARAFURU will be by cash on delivery courier service.

KARAFURU will send you an email confirming your application. We aim to reply within two business days, but if you do not receive a reply within two days, please send the email again or call us at 03-6452-5427 (Thursday to Monday 11:00-18:00).
