Ordering and Payment
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will proceed to production or the creation of a design drawing.

(3) We will send you the design drawing within a week after payment.
Based on that, we will meet with you online or in person.
(4) Deciding on the design

(5) Production (for Japanese engraving, it will take about two months from the decision on the design)
(6) Completion and delivery
You can either come to our store or have it delivered by mail.
In order to protect the global environment and our customers' personal information, we have decided to discontinue including delivery notes and itemized lists in our products.
The shipping notification email we send you when your product is shipped will serve as your purchase invoice.
